One of our prettiest garlic variety.  Most bulbs are over 2 1/2".  A great hardneck variety for seeds as well as for cooking.  Zesty when eaten raw. Mild smooth full-bodied flavor when cooked.  Great for roasting as well as for sauces and pesto.  A great all around garlic. German White is one of the most widely grown variety. A very pretty porcelain garlic with white thick skin which provide longer storage.
It's almost too pretty to eat.
