Music Garlic is one of the most popular garlic varieties. It is a porcelain variety which has the most allicin (antioxidant). It is pungent when raw and mellows when cooked. It is really nice for baking or grilling. It peels easy for cooking and has a nice sweet flavor when baked. Each head is very large with 4-6 cloves per bulb.
